呼吸动力功能检测即呼吸力学测定,是从力学的观点对呼吸运动进行分析,它有助于更全面地了解呼吸的生理和病理生理。呼吸动力功能检测包括肺顺应性、气道阻力、呼吸中枢敏感性,以及呼吸肌功能等内容。有些研究目前虽尚属开始阶段,但在国内、外已取得不少重大进展。本文对呼吸力学测定的目前状况作一简介。一、肺顺应性(CL) 肺顺应性乃单位压力改变(△P)时所引起的肺容量改变(△V)。
Respiratory motility function test, which is a measure of respiratory mechanics, analyzes the respiratory movement from a mechanistic point of view and helps to understand more fully the physiological and pathophysiological aspects of respiration.
