近几年来,大大提高了轮对的可靠性,显著地降低了车轮错动和车轴在中部及轮座部分折断的数量,减少了轮对由于轮座部分产生裂纹而报废的数量等等。轮对可靠性的提高,在于采用整体辗钢轮,采用车轴强化滚压和改善轮对组装质量。随着运行速度的提高和货物列车运行区段的延长,提高了对车辆轮对运用可靠性的要求。因此,必须进一步提高在列检所和车辆段检查和修理轮对的质量。首先要求改进检查运用中轮对的车轮在车轴上压装密贴的方法,因现有的目视方法是不够可靠的。

With the increase of running speed and the extension of the freight train running section, the requirements on the reliability of the wheelset application have been raised. Therefore, the quality of inspection and repair of wheelsets must be further improved at the check-in and depot sections. First of all, it is required to improve the method of checking and attaching the wheelset wheels to the axles of the wheelbarrow, because the existing visual methods are not reliable enough.
