用组织化学方法研究急性镉中毒小鼠睾丸LDH-X活性改变,染镉1h组曲细精管LDH-X活性无明显下降;染镉3h组LDH-x活性降低(P<0.05),6及12h组活性更低,与正常组比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。染镉前以锌保护,染镉1h和3h组LDH-X活性与正常组无明显差异;而6h及12h组酶活性下降(分别P<0.05,P<0.01),但其LDH-X活性仍显著高于相应时间的镉中毒组(分别P<0.05,P<0,01),提示急性镉中毒可导致睾丸曲细精管LDH-X活性降低,锌对其活性有一定程度的保护作用。
The LDH-X activity in the testis of acute cadmium poisoning mice was studied by histochemical method. LDH-X activity of seminiferous tubules in 1h cadmium-dyed cadmium-treated group was not significantly decreased. LDH-x activity in cadmium dyed group was decreased 3h (P <0.05) And 12h group was lower than that in normal group (P <0.01). The activity of LDH-X in cadiocytes exposed to cadmium for 1 h and 3 h did not show significant difference from that of the normal group, while the activity of LDH-X decreased in the 6 h and 12 h groups (P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively) -X activity was still significantly higher than the corresponding time of cadmium poisoning group (P <0.05, P <0,01, respectively), suggesting that acute cadmium poisoning can lead to decreased testicular seminiferous tubule LDH-X activity, zinc activity A degree of protection.
