按照《中国教育改革和发展纲要》提出的加快教育法制建设的精神,国家教委有关部门正在抓紧起草《高等教育法》,高教界人士对此十分关注。我们特编发这篇署名文章,以抛砖引玉,望各方有识之士共同为搞好我国的高等教育立法工作献计献策。
In accordance with the spirit of “Speeding up the Building of Legal System for Education” put forward in the “Outline for Education Reform and Development in China”, the relevant departments of the State Education Commission are working hard to draw up the Law on Higher Education. People in the higher education circles are very concerned about this. We specially compiled this signed article to start a discussion with the people of insight from all quarters and jointly give advice and suggestions on how to improve our legislation on higher education.
