各省、自治区、直辖市建委(建设厅),计划单列市建委,新疆生产建设兵团: 近年来,我国村镇建设事业蓬勃发展,涌现出一批规划布局合理、基础设施基本配套、居住环境较好、建设管理水平较高的县(市、区)和乡镇。这些成绩的取得与广大村镇建设工作者的辛勤工作是分不开的。为激励广大村镇建设工作者继续做好工作,进一步推动村镇建设事业健康发展,建设部决定,授予大兴县等41个县(市、区)“全国村镇建设先进县(市、区)”荣誉称
