目前,在国外较多地使用油压启闭机作为表孔弧门启闭设备。国内最早使用此种启闭机为80年代后期沙溪口水电站溢洪闸,由当时的水利部华东院设计,它采用2×1300kN启闭机,扬程8.5m。山东省在高密市楮家王吴水库溢洪道设计中,首次采用此项技术。液压传动较机械传动而言,效率较高,运行平稳,结构紧凑,自重轻,噪音小,强度储备大。对水工建筑物来说,便于布置,易于实现集中控制和自动控制。
At present, more use of hydraulic hoist abroad as a table arc opening and closing equipment. The earliest use of this hoist is the spillway floodgate of Shaxi mouth hydropower station in the late 1980s. It was designed by East China Institute of Water Conservancy at that time. It adopted 2 × 1300kN hoist and its lift is 8.5m. For the first time, Shandong Province has adopted this technology in designing the spillway of Wangjiu Reservoir in Gaomi City. Hydraulic transmission than mechanical transmission, high efficiency, smooth operation, compact structure, light weight, low noise, large strength reserve. For hydraulic structures, easy to layout, easy to achieve centralized control and automatic control.
