目的了解邳州市手足口病流行特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集手足口病疫情资料,采用描述性流行病学进行统计分析。结果 2009—2011年邳州市共报告手足口病病例1741例,1~6岁儿童占91.84%,男性发病率是女性的1.71倍,92.42%的病例发生于3~8月,65例实验室诊断病例中EV71和CoxA16阳性占90.77%。结论邳州市手足口病多发于3~8月,有一定的周期性和地区聚集性,发病人群以1~6岁儿童为主,男性发病多于女性,加强疫情监测和健康教育是预防该病的有效手段。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Danzhou and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemic data of hand-foot-mouth disease were collected by the National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 1741 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Zhuozhou from 2009 to 2011, accounting for 91.84% of children aged 1 to 6 years old. The incidence of males was 1.71 times that of females, 92.42% of cases occurred from March to August, and 65 cases of laboratory diagnosis Positive cases of EV71 and CoxA16 accounted for 90.77%. Conclusion Hand-foot-mouth disease in Danzhou City occurs frequently from March to August, with some cyclical and regional aggregation. The incidence of the disease is mainly in children aged 1 to 6 years, and the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in women is higher than that in females.
