素有“辽北粮仓”之称的铁岭市是辽宁省著名的农业大市,这里农业资源十分丰富,耕地连片、土地肥沃、物产丰富,粮食产量常年在250万吨左右,占辽宁全省的1/4,是国家和辽宁省重要的粮食生产基地。近几年来,铁岭市财政部门认真分析农业面临的经济形势,针对本地特点,在保持主要农产品稳定增长的前提下,不断调整财政支农的重点,积极支持农业产业结构调整,使传统农业地区焕发了新的活力。
