分别研究了珩磨工艺参数和工具参数对陶瓷材料 95 Al2 O3 去除率的影响 .增大往复速度和圆周速度 ,可提高工程陶瓷的珩磨材料去除率 .应用金属结合剂金刚石油石 ,选择较大的珩磨压力 ,可提高陶瓷材料去除率 .电镀金刚石油石适于工程陶瓷的高效珩磨 .研究结果给出工程陶瓷材料珩磨参数的选择方法
The influence of honing process parameters and tool parameters on the removal rate of 95 Al 2 O 3 ceramic materials was studied respectively.When the reciprocating speed and circumferential speed were increased, the honing material removal rate of engineering ceramics could be improved.Using the metal bond diamond stone, Honing pressure, can improve the removal rate of ceramic materials.Electrical plating diamond stone is suitable for high efficiency honing of engineering ceramics.The research results give the selection method of honing parameters of engineering ceramic materials
