为利用起落架位置参数计算收放机构运动副间隙,基于连续接触模型,建立了含收放机构运动副间隙的起落架位置计算模型。针对计算模型中,理想状态下的起落架位置参数未知而无法求解的问题,提出了以理想状态下的起落架位置参数为优化变量,以收放机构运动副间隙的两组计算值之差最小为优化目标建立多目标优化数学模型,求出其最优解并作为已知条件,计算收放机构运动副间隙的方法。计算实例表明,起落架收放机构运动副间隙计算方法可行有效。
In order to calculate the clearance of the movement of the retractable mechanism using the landing gear position parameters, a landing gear position calculation model with the clearance of the retractable mechanism was established based on the continuous contact model. Aiming at the problem that the landing gear’s position parameter is unknown and can not be solved in the ideal model, the landing gear’s position parameter in the ideal state is taken as the optimal variable to minimize the difference between the two sets of calculated clearance To establish a multi-objective optimization mathematical model for the optimization goal, find the optimal solution and use it as a known condition to calculate the clearance of the movement mechanism. The calculation example shows that the method of calculation of the clearance of movement of landing gear retractable mechanism is feasible and effective.
