中国近代水利史学术讨论会于1990年9月11日至15日在陕西省泾惠渠管理局召开,来自全国25个省、市、自治区60个单位的100名专家学者和各方面代表出席了会议。水利界的老前辈中国水利学会名誉会长、九十高龄的张含英特意为大会发表了录象讲话,日本“中国水利史研究会”代表、爱嫒大学副教授藤田胜久和兵库教育大学专务讲师松田吉郎也应邀出席会议并进行了学术交流。本次会议是中国水利学会水利史研究会四年一次的全国性学术讨论会,它在著名的古代水利工程郑国渠和李仪祉先生创建的现代水利工程泾惠渠所在地召开,具有特殊的意义。会
