随着电子商务的迅猛发展,社会对高素质电子商务专业人才的需求也在不断增加,这也向高校电子商务专业教师提出了更大的挑战。然而,目前我国很多高校的电子商务专业教师的职业能力与教学水平并不高,这严重影响了电子商务人才的培养。因此,各大高校必须制定完善的电子商务教师职业能力建设方案,努力提高教师的职业能力。基于此,分析目前高校电子商务专业教师职业能力建设存在的问题,并提出加强电子商务教师职业能力建设的方案,以期有效地促进电子商务教师职业能力的提高,从而为社会培养出更多的高素质电子商务人才。
With the rapid development of e-commerce, the demand for high-quality e-commerce professionals in the society is also on the increase. This poses a greater challenge to e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities. However, at present, the vocational skills and teaching level of e-commerce professional teachers in many colleges and universities in our country are not high, which seriously affects the training of e-commerce talents. Therefore, major colleges and universities must develop a sound e-commerce teacher career capacity building programs, and strive to improve the professional ability of teachers. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the professional ability construction of e-commerce professional teachers in colleges and universities and puts forward some proposals to strengthen the professional competence construction of e-commerce teachers so as to effectively promote the improvement of professional competence of e-commerce teachers so as to cultivate more high Quality e-commerce talent.
