本文以某大学选修网球课的310名大学生为研究对象,根据这些大学生的身体素质测试成绩制定了针对性的运动处方,然后在网球课堂上参照大学生的体质弱项,通过分组的方式对他们进行增强身体素质的训练,期末时再重新测试他们的身体素质状况。本研究在长达一个学期的高校网球教学实践活动中,对运动处方式体育教学在高校中的应用方法进行了深入的探索,希望能为提高我国各大高校体育教学质量、增强大学生的身体素质提供一些理论参考。
