建立一种高效液相色谱法,对35%噻虫·福·萎锈悬浮种衣剂中有效成分进行分离和定量分析。使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+0.3%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比60∶40)为流动相,在254 nm波长下采用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法中福美双、萎锈灵和噻虫嗪的线性相关系数分别为0.999 6、0.999 3和0.999 4,标准偏差分别为0.040、0.026和0.055,变异系数分别为0.39%、0.25%和0.36%,平均回收率分别为99.87%、99.85%和99.65%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the separation and quantitative analysis of the active constituents from 35% thiamethofenfus fortunei suspension seed coating. A ZORBAX SB-C_ (18) column and UV-vis detector were used, and the mobile phase was methanol + 0.3% glacial acetic acid (60:40 by volume) and quantified by external standard method at a wavelength of 254 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thiram and thiamethoxam were 0.999 6, 0.999 3 and 0.999 4 respectively, the standard deviations were 0.040, 0.026 and 0.055 respectively, the coefficients of variation were 0.39%, 0.25% And 0.36% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.87%, 99.85% and 99.65% respectively.
