目的:优选镇痛贴膏的乙醇回流提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数,乙醇用量,提取时间,提取次数为考察因素,用L9(34)正交试验表安排正交试验,以姜黄素转移率,瑞香素转移率,以及干膏收率为考察指标,采用综合加权评分法进行数据分析,优选工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:药材加70%乙醇10倍量,加热回流2 h,提取2次。结论:该提取工艺客观可行,稳定合理,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the ethanol reflux extraction process of analgesic plasters. Methods: The volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol, the extraction time, and the number of extractions were used as the investigation factors.
