创新型企业不同于传统企业的特点,使得创新型企业的股权治理问题成为研究的热点。根据创新型企业与其他企业股权治理机制的不同点,梳理了国内外学者关于创新型企业的股权治理研究成果及研究态势,剖析了创新型企业股权治理的特殊性对企业四步决策过程的影响,尝试性地构建了创新型企业股权治理研究的整合框架。并针对创新型企业股权治理研究的不足,提出未来创新型企业的股权治理研究方向。
The characteristics of innovative companies are different from those of traditional enterprises, making the equity governance of innovative companies a hot topic of research.
