建立了圆形可倾瓦推力轴承动特性计算的数学模型 ,考虑瓦变形对轴承性能的影响 ,对中心支承条件下的圆瓦推力轴承的动特性数学模型进行了有限元求解 ,得出了圆瓦推力轴承的动特性系数值 ,同时讨论了弹簧支承时的弹簧刚度选取依据 .所得结果可用于指导圆形瓦推力轴承的设计和应用 .
The mathematical model for calculating the dynamic characteristics of a circular tilting pad thrust bearing was established. The influence of the deformation of the pad on the bearing performance was considered. The mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the cylindrical pad thrust bearing under the condition of central support was solved by finite element method. Watt thrust bearing dynamic characteristics of the coefficient values, while discussing the spring support spring stiffness selection basis.The results can be used to guide the design and application of circular bush thrust bearing.
