目的对血小板新等位基因Caba+进行分型并调查其在中国汉族部分人群中的分布。方法采用PCR-SSP方法对无亲缘关系的健康无偿献血者进行Caba+基因分型,采用基因计数法进行基因频率、基因型频率的计算。结果 299例正常人的Caba-基因频率为1.000,Caba+基因频率为0.000;Caba+/+、Caba+/-的基因型频率均为0.000,Caba-/-基因型频率为1.000。结论 Caba-(2235G)为高频抗原,Caba+(2235T)为低频抗原,299份标本中尚检测不出Caba+基因。
Objective To classify the platelet new allele Caba + and investigate its distribution in some Han Chinese population. Methods PCR-SSP method was used to genotype Caba + in non-related unrelated healthy blood donors. Gene frequency and genotype frequency were calculated by gene counting method. Results The frequency of Caba gene was 1.000 and the frequency of Caba + gene was 0.000 in 299 normal subjects. The genotypes of Caba + / + and Caba +/- were all 0.000, and the frequency of Caba - / - genotype was 1.000. Conclusion Caba (2235G) is a high frequency antigen, Caba + (2235T) is a low frequency antigen, and Caba + gene is not detected in 299 samples.
