1 前言 体育运动作为人们强身健体、延年益寿的主要方法,一直在人类社会占据重要地位。近年来随着我国改革开放的深入发展和人民群众生活水平的日益提高,中老年人在党和各级政府的关怀下,健身热潮高涨,形式丰富多样,充分显示老有所为,老有所乐的喜人局面。其锻炼的项目主要有老年迪斯科、普通交谊舞、国际舞及其它娱乐性舞蹈,另外还有太极拳、气功和慢跑等。融体操舞蹈于一体的健身操,更被大多数中老年人所喜爱。健身操是否能长期在巾老年人中发扬光大,适合中老年身体机能的健身操编排显得很重要。为此,我们创编了适合中老年锻炼的健身操,其创编原则与依据如下。
