目的研究猫爪草对肺结核患者外周血淋巴细胞颗粒裂解肽表达的影响及其对肺结核患者机体细胞毒性T淋巴细胞杀菌能力的影响。方法四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)检测猫爪草对外周血淋巴细胞作用的最适浓度;Real-time PCR方法检测最适剂量的猫爪草对结核病人外周血淋巴细胞颗粒裂解肽mRNA表达水平的影响。结果 MTT结果显示,当猫爪草的作用浓度为100mg·L~(-1)时,有很明显的诱导作用,能诱导结核菌表达,外周血淋巴细胞颗粒裂解肽(GLS)的表达升高,进而感染结核病人体内的结核菌;当药物浓度浓度为200 mg·L~(-1)时能高效诱导结核休眠菌活化,外周血淋巴细胞GLS mRNA的表达持续升高,对结核菌的杀伤能力更强。结论猫爪草可能通过提高颗粒裂解肽的表达,增强机体对致病菌的杀伤作用,从而达到治疗效果。

When drug concentration was 200 mg · L -1, it could efficiently induce the activation of PSB, the expression of GLS mRNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes continued to increase, killing of TB More capable. Conclusion Catharanthus grass may improve the therapeutic effect by increasing the expression of granule cleavage peptide and enhancing the killing effect on the pathogenic bacteria.
