当前,全球已经迈入了知识经济时代,科技作为第一生产力,在经济和社会发展中的作用越来越明显,具体到国际贸易中,技术贸易的占比也在日益增多。在这种趋势下,如何确定国际技术转让中的价格,促进技术贸易的发展,成为了国际贸易中一个重要的问题。本文先对国际技术贸易进行了简单介绍,在此基础上对国际技术转让中的价格确定进行了探讨,以期进一步提高国际技术贸易谈判的合理性和科学性。
At present, the world has entered an era of knowledge-based economy. As a primary productive force, science and technology play an increasingly significant role in economic and social development. Specifically, in international trade, the proportion of technology trade is also increasing. Under such a trend, how to determine the price in international technology transfer and promote the development of technology trade has become an important issue in international trade. This article first introduces the international technology trade briefly, and on this basis, discusses the price determination in the international technology transfer with a view to further improve the rationality and science of the international technology trade negotiation.
