我们山东煤矿莱芜机械厂建于1966年,有职工1500多人。1993年新领导班子接手时,已经形成了800多万元的潜亏。现在,经过不到三年的治理,已经初见成效。在这期间,我们不断强化公关意识,运用公关策略,并且让公关贯穿于企业全部经营活动的始终。主要有: 产品开发公关近几年,在技术人员并不富余的情况下,通过课题组承包,每年开发10个左右的产品。仅1994年就开发了15个新产品,其中有12个上市。这个成绩的取得主要靠公关。这就是与政府经济管理部门、大专院校、科研单位和用户现场的四结
