悬浮液密度的检测与自动控制水平是决定重介选煤分选效果的重要环节,在国内选煤厂里,大多是在补水这一环节实现了真正的自动化,而在分流这一环节上由于控制对象存在大惯性与大滞后,现有的PID控制算法无法适应,因此不得不根据岗位司机的经验进行实时调节。这样浪费人力,分选精度和效果也得不到保证。针对这个问题,通过对重介选煤工艺认真研究,提出了PID和模糊控制相结合的控制策略。并基于PLC S7300进行了重介选煤中悬浮液密度自动控制系统开发,对于PID和模糊控制在STEP7中的实现进行了较为详细的介绍。该系统提高了控制系统的精确性和稳定性,经过现场的使用,体现了良好的控制效果,提高了选煤的分选精度,给选煤厂带来了良好的经济效益。

The system improves the accuracy and stability of the control system. After the site is used, the system shows a good control effect and improves the sorting accuracy of coal preparation, bringing good economic benefits to the coal preparation plant.
