目的探讨Masson-PASM套染方法在肾穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法收集肾穿刺活检组织208例,分别应用Masson染色、PASM染色、Masson-PASM套染方法进行染色,并于显微镜下观察。结果 Masson染色可以显示,肾小球免疫复合物呈红色;PASM染色可以显示,肾小球基底膜、肾毛细血管基底膜及网状纤维呈黑色;Masson-PASM套染可以同时显示,肾小球免疫复合物和基底膜,分别呈红色和黑色。结论 Masson-PASM套染能够准确、清晰定位肾小球免疫复合物和基底膜,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of Masson-PASM method in renal biopsy. Methods Totally 208 renal biopsy specimens were collected and stained by Masson staining, PASM staining and Masson-PASM staining respectively and observed under the microscope. Results Masson staining showed that glomerular immune complex was red; PASM staining showed that glomerular basement membrane, renal capillary basement membrane and reticular fibers were black; Masson-PASM staining could also show glomerular Immune complexes and basement membranes, red and black, respectively. Conclusions Masson-PASM staining can accurately and clearly locate glomerular immune complex and basement membrane, and has certain clinical value.
