本文就产权和管理之间关系的探讨,阐述了我国企业现存的产权和管理之间关系的不足,最后提出了,理顺产权关系和完善管理机制的方法。
This paper discusses the relationship between property rights and management, elaborates the insufficiency of the relationship between the existing property rights and management of Chinese enterprises, and finally puts forward the method of rationalizing the relationship between property rights and improving the management mechanism.
