我单位的一台日本KATO45t起重机发动机的飞轮齿圈与轮盘松脱,致使齿圈在轮盘上自由滑转,起动机动力不能传到主发动机上。经拆检,飞轮齿圈与轮盘接合面处机加工痕迹明显,无焊、铆、涨等加工连接迹象。我们认为,它们之间是用胶结法联接的,在使用中由于离合器片摩擦发热,温度升高,超过原胶使用温度,粘结作用失效。轮盘上个别地方有灼烧点,证明温度是足够高的。我们采用胶结法对其进行修复: 1.胶料选用。在选用胶料时,一是要求该胶能承受一定温度,二是有一定的胶结强度,三
The flywheel ring gear and the wheel disc of a Japanese KATO 45t crane engine of our company are loosened, causing the ring gear to slip freely on the disc, and the starter power cannot be transmitted to the main engine. After being dismantled, there are obvious machining marks on the interface between the flywheel ring gear and the wheel plate, and there are no welding, riveting, and rising processing connections. We believe that they are connected by cementation. In use, friction and heat of the clutch plate increase the temperature and exceed the temperature at which the glue is used, and the bonding effect fails. There are burning spots on individual spots on the roulette, which proves that the temperature is high enough. We use cementing to repair it: 1. The rubber material is used. When selecting the rubber compound, first, the glue is required to withstand a certain temperature, and secondly, there is a certain degree of cementing strength.
