利用薄层扫描法对不同栽培年限潞党参、野生及栽培台党参进行党参甙Ⅰ含量测定比较，结果表明，潞党参含量随栽培年限增加有降低趋势，台党参比同龄潞党参含量略低，野生比栽培台党参含量低。
The contents of Codonopsis pilosula I in different cultivation years of Codonopsis pilosula, wild and cultivated Codonopsis pilosula were measured and compared using thin-layer scanning method. The results showed that the content of Codonopsis pilosula was declining with the increase of cultivation time. The content of Codonopsis is lower than that of cultivated Taiwan.
