企业战略转型的优先选择,是强化与顾客的关系,从而控制市场。两个重要概念价值链经营,重要的是让企业所在的价值链获得最优的通过能力。而这种最优的通过能力就会成为最优的价值链。因此,企业在这个价值链中占有什么样的位势就变成我们要思考的问题了。价值链战略,一方面是价值观的选择,即企业想成为一个什么样的企业。另一方面是事实上的选择,即企业在现有的市场格局和经济环境中,有什么样的资源条件和机会,去完成某一种战略的构建。
The strategic choice of enterprise transformation is to strengthen the relationship with customers to control the market. Two important concepts of value chain management, it is important for the value chain where the enterprise to obtain the optimal ability to pass. This optimal ability to pass will be the optimal value chain. Therefore, what kind of position an enterprise occupies in this value chain becomes a problem we must think about. The value chain strategy, on the one hand, is the choice of values, that is, what kind of enterprise an enterprise wants to be. On the other hand, it is the de facto choice, that is, what kind of resource conditions and opportunities enterprises have in the existing market structure and economic environment to accomplish the construction of a certain kind of strategy.
