目的:探讨常年性变应性鼻炎有效的治疗方法。方法:临床治疗53例常年性变应性鼻炎患者,采用中西医结合方法,鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲微波热凝术加补脾益气祛风通窍的中药煎汤口服治疗。结果:53例患者,治愈45例占84.9%,好转6例占11.3%,无效2例占3.8%,总有效率96.2%。未出现不良反应。结论:鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲微波热凝术微创快速的去除了下鼻甲过敏黏膜、息肉样变病变,恢复了鼻腔通气道,降低了鼻黏膜敏感性;配合中药煎汤口服治疗调整机体免疫平衡;中西医结合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the effective treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods: Clinical treatment of 53 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis in patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, nasal endoscopic turbinate microwave coagulation plus spleen Qi Qifeng Tongqiao Decoction orally.
