介绍了制孔用百纳秒级脉宽Nd:YAG激光器的研制,以脉冲列模式输出的声光调制百纳秒级脉冲Nd:YAG激光器的原理和特点,分析了激光器的设计和激光光路的传输。完成激光器的设计和开发后,设计了激光参数测试光路并对激光器主要技术参数进行了测试。主要技术参数为激光能量≥5.6 J,频率10 Hz,脉宽200~500 ns,脉冲列宽0.3~2.0 ms,激光光斑圆度好,能量分布均匀,达到了预期的设计效果。
This paper introduces the development of 100 nanosecond pulse width Nd: YAG lasers and the principles and characteristics of the 100 nanosecond pulsed Nd: YAG lasers output in pulse train mode. The design of lasers and the analysis of laser light path transmission. After the completion of the design and development of the laser, the laser parameters testing optical path was designed and the main technical parameters of the laser were tested. The main technical parameters are laser energy ≥5.6 J, frequency of 10 Hz, pulse width of 200 ~ 500 ns, pulse width of 0.3 ~ 2.0 ms, good circularity of laser spot and uniform energy distribution, achieving the expected design results.
