目的探讨汉防己甲素(TET)和维生素E(VE)对急性百草枯(PQ)中毒的治疗作用。方法大鼠腹腔注射百草枯15 mg/kg染毒后,每天灌胃TET(30 mg/kg)、VE(45 mg/kg),联合治疗组按上述两种药物的给药时间和剂量同时治疗;未治疗组给等体积的生理盐水。观察每组动物的中毒表现和肺组织结构改变。结果各组大鼠中毒症状相似;治疗组大鼠肺损伤积分均明显低于染毒组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001),尤以联合治疗组为著。病理观察可见PQ中毒后肺泡壁充血和炎症细胞浸润,治疗组水肿、充血、炎细胞浸润及肺纤维化减轻。结论 TET和VE联合治疗可拮抗PQ中毒所致的肺纤维化。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tetrandrine (TET) and vitamin E (VE) on acute paraquat poisoning. Methods Rats were intraperitoneally injected with paraquat at a dose of 15 mg / kg, and were given TET (30 mg / kg) and VE (45 mg / kg) every day. The combination therapy group was treated simultaneously with the time and dose of the above two drugs ; Untreated group to an equal volume of saline. The poisoning performance and lung tissue structure changes of each group of animals were observed. Results The symptoms of poisoning in rats in each group were similar. The lung injury scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.001), especially in the combined treatment group. Pathological examination showed alveolar wall congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration after PQ intoxication. The edema, congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration and pulmonary fibrosis in the treatment group were alleviated. Conclusions Combination therapy of TET and VE can antagonize pulmonary fibrosis caused by PQ poisoning.
