近两年来,全国主要的新闻媒介集中报道了济南交警支队以及李国安、徐虎、李素丽等一批先进集体和先进个人的典型事迹,在全国范围内激起了强烈反响,并在全社会产生了深远的先进效应。但是,我们也应看到,在不少企业中,仍然存在着评先走过场、先进效应差、先进叹难当的不良现象,没有形成比学赶超的良好氛围。 为探讨此问题的成因及解决办法,笔者与重庆市同华煤矿的部分班组职工进行了座谈探讨,大家一致认为,造成先进效应“面”热“点”冷的原因,主要是企业对评先工作管理不力、
