The paper demonstrates the effectiveness of R-DMAIC-S problem solving model for quality management in both service and production spheres The recently done case study for Russian national distributing company and its Chinese OEM supplier which applies R-DMAIC-S is described.Paper also proves WMS,which is shared-used by customer and supplier,to be an effective tool to control some upstream phases of the order fulfillment process.
