以退火后不同Zn含量的机床铸铁为研究对象,分析研究了退火后Zn含量对铸铁的微观组织形貌、布氏硬度、拉伸强度和伸长率的影响。结果表明,当在试样中添加Zn时,铁素体的晶粒更加细小。而退火后所有试样都存在全铁素体。随铸铁中Zn含量的增加,铸铁的布氏硬度和伸长率先大幅度增加,然后逐渐降低;拉伸强度先降低后增加。当Zn含量为0.79%时,铸铁布氏硬度达到最大值148 HB,拉伸强度降低到最小值423 MPa,当Zn含量为0.33%时,铸铁伸长率达到最大值24%。
After annealing, the cast iron with different Zn content was taken as the research object, and the effect of Zn content on the microstructure, Brinell hardness, tensile strength and elongation of cast iron after annealing was analyzed. The results show that when Zn is added to the sample, the ferrite grains are finer. All annealed samples have ferrite. With the increase of Zn content in cast iron, the Brinell hardness and elongation of cast iron first increased greatly and then decreased gradually; tensile strength decreased first and then increased. When the content of Zn is 0.79%, the hardness of cast iron reaches 148 HB and the tensile strength decreases to the minimum of 423 MPa. When the content of Zn is 0.33%, the cast iron elongation reaches the maximum of 24%.
