在区域一体化和新国土空间规划--主体功能区建设的大潮下,传统区域公共管理受到严重冲击并陷入困境。在此形势下,整体性治理作为区域一体化进程中公共管理的新兴理念其与主体功能区建设的有效结合必然成为区域公共管理的有效新路径。笔者在传统区域共管理困境进行深入分析的基础上,对这一新路径进行相关阐述。
Under the tide of regional integration and new territorial planning - the construction of the main functional zones, public administration in the traditional regions has been severely affected and in a dilemma. Under such circumstances, the integration of holistic governance as an emerging concept of public management in the process of regional integration and the effective integration of the construction of the main functional areas must inevitably become effective new approaches to regional public management. Based on the in-depth analysis of the common regional co-management dilemma, the author elaborates on this new path.
