当今课堂,相当一部分教师仍占据着课堂的主宰地位,对高效课堂的两大支柱——学习小组建设和前置性作业设计没有真正理解和把握。陶行知先生早年发表的《小学教师与民主运动》一文中提出了“六大解放”这一教育理念,要求关注每个学生的个性特点,使每个学生在课程教学中能够充分学习、学会学习与发展,促进个体社会化。只有教师解放了教育观念和教学思想,才能真正实现回归儿童立场、回归语文素养、回归动态生成课堂的美好理想。
