目的探讨胆固醇侧链裂解酶CYP11α基因启动子中(TTTTA)n多态性和多囊卵巢综合征的关系。方法测定63例PCOS患者和40例正常妇女血清中的性激素水平,同时检测CYP11α基因微卫星多态性及其分布。结果 CYP11α基因在受检人群中存在5种等位基因;各基因型在PCOS患者与正常人之间差异无统计学意义;PCOS患者主要基因型之间血清性激素水平也无统计学差异。结沦CYP11α基因微卫星多态性与PCOS的发病之间无直接相关性,不是P-COS的主要致病因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the TTTTA polymorphism of CYP11α gene promoter and polycystic ovary syndrome in cholesterol side chain lyase. Methods Serum levels of sex hormones were determined in 63 PCOS patients and 40 normal women. Microsatellite polymorphism and distribution of CYP11α gene were also detected. Results There were 5 alleles of CYP11α gene in the tested population. There was no significant difference in the genotypes between PCOS patients and normal subjects. There was no significant difference in serum sex hormone levels between the major genotypes of PCOS patients. There is no direct correlation between CYP11αgene microsatellite polymorphism and the pathogenesis of PCOS, which is not the main risk factor of P-COS.
