重写数学教师的教育哲学,就是教师通过持续的追问,对数学教育中的各种观点、各个基本理念以及教学实践作出必要的分析与审视。数学教师应重视对自身教学行为的自觉反思与批判,将先进的教学理念与实际教学感受联系起来,努力纠正各种认识上的片面性和做法上的绝对化,从而构建起属于自身的教育观念。通过教学反思与追问,教师才能形成个人对教学现象、教学问题的独立思考和创造性见解,形成符合新课程理念要求的先进教学观念和个人化教育哲学。
Rewriting the educational philosophy of mathematics teachers is that teachers, through continuous questioning, make the necessary analysis and examination of various views, basic concepts and teaching practices in mathematics education. Mathematics teachers should pay attention to their own teaching behavior of self-reflection and criticism, the advanced teaching concepts and the actual teaching experience linked to efforts to correct all aspects of one-sided understanding and practice of absolute, so as to build their own educational concepts. Through teaching reflection and questioning, teachers can form their own independent thinking and creative opinions on teaching phenomena and teaching problems and form advanced teaching concepts and individualized educational philosophy in line with the requirements of the new curriculum.
