职业生涯管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容,成功的职业生涯发展管理可以有效地把企业与员工的长期利益和彼此发展结合起来。在高职院校,教师是教学工作的主导,和现代企业相似,教师的职业生涯的科学管理对促进高校发展和教师个人的职业生涯发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文以广西六所高职院校的教师为调查对象,对教师职业生涯发展管理现状进行调查,并对如何提升高职院校教师职业生涯发展管理提出相应的建议。
Career management is an important part of human resources management in modern enterprises. Successful career development management can effectively combine the long-term interests of enterprises and employees with each other’s development. In higher vocational colleges, teachers are the leading teaching work. Similar to modern enterprises, the scientific management of teachers’ careers is of great significance to the development of colleges and the personal career development of teachers. Based on the survey of teachers in six higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, this paper investigates the current situation of teachers’ career development and management, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to improve the career management of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
