据报道,神户地震前,在神户—王寺动物园,海狮、河马和鳄鱼有地震动物异常现象。伊豆地区火山爆发和地震前,在伊豆—热川香蕉—短吻鳄公园,观察到鳄鱼嚎叫。对这些动物和一些爬行动物,估计出了逃避反应的临界电场强度。对释放脉冲电荷或电磁波的地震电脉冲刺激的行为反应暂时归因于地震动物异常现象的原因。据电场强度影响程度和居民对地震动物异常行为的陈述可估计出神户地震前的地震场强度,并和居民对地震动物异常现象陈述的次数一同标于地图上。在震中区关于一些主要动物的骚动轶闻完全与电场强度结果一致。为了证实地球物理理论,曾试图用数字存储示波器观测地震前、闪电及放电时的自然电脉冲。当探测到一些电脉冲时,在实验室里同时观察到鳗鱼惊跳及仓鼠打架和梳理等被已知为电场效应引起的动物异常现象。
It is reported that before the Kobe earthquake, there were unusual anomalies of earthquakes in the Kobe-Wangsi Zoo, sea lions, hippos and crocodiles. Crocodile howl was observed at Izu-Atagawa banana-alligator park before volcano eruption and earthquake in Izu area. For these animals and some reptiles, the critical electric field strength to evade the reaction is estimated. The behavioral responses to the seismic electrical pulse stimuli releasing pulsed charge or electromagnetic waves are temporarily attributed to the anomalies of the seismic fauna. According to the influence of electric field intensity and residents’ statements on abnormal behavior of earthquake animals, the strength of the earthquake field before the earthquake in Kobe can be estimated and the number of resident anomalies on earthquake animals is marked on the map together. The anecdote of commotion about some major animals in the epicenter area is completely consistent with the result of electric field strength. In order to confirm the theory of geophysics, attempts have been made to use digital storage oscilloscopes to observe natural electrical impulses before, during and after lightning strikes. When some electrical pulses were detected, anomalous phenomena of animals known to be caused by the electric field effect, such as eel shock and hamster fighting and combing, were observed in the laboratory at the same time.
