日本宇宙开发事业团(NASDA)研制的技术试验卫星(ETS)-Ⅶ将于1997年发射入轨,川崎重工业公司为其研制了接近敏感器、对接机构和遥控任务板。ETS-Ⅶ包括两颗星——跟踪星和目标星,呈对接状态发射入轨,在轨分离后对接,完成无人交会对接(RVD)实验,这也是世界上首次无人在轨交会对接实验。接近敏感器和对接机构是关键部件,这些部件技术也是RVD的关键技术,ETS-Ⅶ上装有机械臂,NASDA用遥控任务板来实验并验证该机械臂在太空的操作能力。本报告介绍了对这些关键部件的性能验证情况。
The Japan National Space Exploration Agency’s (NASDA) Technology Test Satellite (ETS) -II will be launched in 1997 and Kawasaki Heavy Industries has developed proximity sensors, docking facilities and remote control mission boards. ETS-VII consists of two stars, the tracking star and the target star, which are launched into orbit at docking status and docked after the track is separated to complete an unmanned rendezvous and docking (RVD) experiment, which is also the first unmanned rendezvous and docking experiment in the world . Proximity sensors and docking mechanisms are the key components. These component technologies are also key technologies for RVDs. The ETS-VII is equipped with a robotic arm. NASDA uses a remote control mission board to experiment and verify the robotic arm’s ability to operate in space. This report describes the performance verification of these key components.
