[目的]研究星斑川鲽(Platichthys stellatus)自交F1代与星斑川鲽(Platichthys stellatus)♀×圆斑星鲽(Verasper variegates)♂杂交F1代各组织免疫相关酶的活性。[方法]比较星斑川鲽F1与杂交F1代肌肉、肝脏、脾脏和肠中3种重要的非特异免疫相关酶:酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性差异。[结果]杂交后代肌肉、脾脏、肠中ACP,AKP的活力都高于自交后代,肝脏中ACP,AKP的活性与自交后代无显著差异,SOD活性除肌肉组织中稍增加外,其他组织显著下降。[结论]该研究结果为星斑川鲽的杂交选育提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the activity of immune-related enzymes in the tissues of F1 generation of self-cross between Platichthys stellatus F1 and Platichthys stellatus ♀ × Verasper variegates ♂. [Method] Three important non-specific immune-related enzymes, acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), were compared between muscle and liver, spleen and intestine of F1 hybrid F1. Differences in enzyme (SOD) activity. [Result] The activities of ACP and AKP in muscle, spleen and intestine of hybrid progeny were higher than that of selfed selfing offspring. There was no significant difference in the activities of ACP and AKP in liver between selfed and inbred offspring. The activities of SOD were slightly increased except for muscle tissue, Decreased significantly. [Conclusion] The results of this study provided the theoretical basis for the hybrid breeding of Astragalus sinicus.
