钢丝绳电动葫芦是一种既可以运行在直线轨道上,也可以运行在曲线轨道上的起重设备。在曲线轨道上运行时,常规葫芦有其相对应的转弯半径。但也有些用户事先已安装好了轨道或受场地制约,提出了特殊的小车转弯曲率半径要求。有的轨道的曲率半径甚至小于单套小车所能达到的最小转弯半径,这就使得普通小车因转弯半径不够小,而运行不够平稳顺滑啃轨,甚至小车难以转弯。因此需要对原有小车进行重新设计。
Wire rope hoist is a kind of both can run on a straight track, you can also run on the curved track lifting equipment. When operating on a curved track, the conventional hoist has its corresponding turning radius. However, some users have already installed the track or are subject to site constraints in advance, and proposed a special car turning radius of curvature requirements. The radius of curvature of some orbits is even smaller than the minimum turning radius that can be achieved by a single set of carriages. This makes ordinary cars not swivel smoothly enough because of the small turning radius, and even the car is difficult to turn. Therefore, the original car needs to be redesigned.
