医改关乎我们每个人的切身利益,与全社会的和谐稳定息息相关。自新医改方案公布以来,兵团按照党中央国务院的总体部署,本着“保基本、强基层、建机制”的要求,着力在加快健全兵团全民医保体系、巩固完善基本药物制度和基层医疗卫生机构运行管理新机制、积极推进公立医院改革等方面重点突破,统筹推进相关领域改革,医药卫生体制五项重点改革取得了显着成效,职工群众“看病难”、“看病贵”的问题得到有效缓解。但是,兵团自身体制下的医改推进仍然存在许多问题,医改收效与民众的期望值仍有相当距离。本文就兵团推行医改政策的现状,深入解析兵团医改政策存在的问题和困难并提出建设性的意见和建议,为更好的推进兵团医药卫生体制改革提供参考依据。 Medical reform is about the vital interests of each of us and is closely linked to the harmony and stability of the whole society. The problems and difficulties in the Corps medical reform policy are analyzed in depth and constructive comments and suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for better promoting the Corps medical and health system reform.
