以某型塔式机转台机构为研究对象,提出了一种均载机构的设计方案。利用UG三维建模软件对其原有的单回转式转台以及提出的均载机构分别建立三维模型。将2种CAD三维模型以Parasolid数据形式导入ADAMS软件中,以建立准确的虚拟样机模型,进行动力学仿真分析。分析中以回转支承所受倾覆力矩与回转速度波动为依据进行对比。利用ADAMS软件可以有效的进行动力学分析,验证设计方案可行性。
Taking a tower turret mechanism as the research object, a design scheme of the load sharing mechanism is proposed. Using UG three-dimensional modeling software to build a three-dimensional model of the original single-rotary turntable and the proposed load sharing mechanism respectively. The two kinds of CAD 3D models were imported into ADAMS software as Parasolid data to establish accurate virtual prototyping model for dynamic simulation analysis. In the analysis, the overturning moment and slewing speed fluctuated by slewing bearing were compared. Using ADAMS software can effectively carry out dynamic analysis to verify the feasibility of the design.
