1981年,我厂与上海东海船厂合作为长江航道局宜昌航道区设计制造了两艘带有2.0米~3抓斗的挖泥船。船体由东海船厂承制,我厂配制挖掘工作装置。试制成功后,在上海黄浦江进行了挖掘试验。采用动力下放(斗的下落受曳动机牵制)挖掘,下放速度为80米/分,抓斗挖得很满。因此,未做自由落体挖掘试验。后拖到宜昌,在长江做挖掘试验。水流速度较小、泥砂不太硬的地方用动力下放挖掘尚可满斗,但在流速较大、泥砂较硬的地方就不能满斗。
In 1981, our factory cooperated with Shanghai Donghai Shipyard to design and manufacture two dredgers with 2.0m~3 grabs for the Changjiang Waterway Bureau Yichang fairway area. The hull is contracted by the Donghai Shipyard. Our factory prepares excavation equipment. After successful trial production, excavation tests were conducted in the Huangpu River in Shanghai. The use of power decentralization (the fall of the bucket is hampered by the drag) was digging, the decentralization speed was 80 m/min, and the grab was dug very full. Therefore, no free fall mining test was conducted. After dragging it to Yichang, the excavation experiment was conducted in the Yangtze River. In places where the water velocity is low and the mud and sand are not too hard, the power can be fully excavated and digging, but in places where the flow velocity is relatively large and the mud and sand is hard, the bucket cannot be full.
