在草莓生产中,不少种植户重产量轻质量,滥施化肥和农药,使草莓受到过量氮肥、农药残留的污染,导致草莓的市场价格下降,甚至威胁消费者的健康。对此,农业部颁布了无公害草莓生产技术规程等行业标准。本文针对草莓生产中遇到的一些关键问题,依据无公害草莓生产技术规程进行解答,以帮助种植户提高草莓质量和商品价值。
In the strawberry production, many growers produce light weight, excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, causing the strawberries to be contaminated by excess nitrogen fertilizer and pesticide residue, causing the market price of strawberries to decline and even threatening consumers’ health. In response, the Ministry of Agriculture promulgated a pollution-free strawberry production technical regulations and other industry standards. This article addresses some of the key issues encountered in the production of strawberries and answers them according to the technical regulations on pollution-free strawberry production to help growers improve their quality and value of their products.
