当前小学语文教学过程中出现了功利性教学现象,这对于学生在小学阶段夯实语文基础,提升语文学习兴趣,为今后语文学习做好准备是极为不利的。作为一名优秀的小学语文教师,要能够注重自身的课堂效率和课堂质量,对学生的课堂体验要能够各位用心,而不是以结果为导向论学生的学习效率。只有如此,学生才能够在学习语文的初始阶段感受到语文学科的魅力,并逐步化被动为主动的进入到语文学习之中。为了有效达到这一教学目的,教师要能够做好有效性教学,并在深入理解何为有效性教学,如何进行有效性教学之后,结合自身班级学生的实际语文基础进行当前教学模式的合理优化,确保每一位学生都能够通过教师的有效性教学实现自身学习效率和学习质量的进一步提升。
