本文从接触时间、温度、pH值、染料起始浓度和温度等研究了不同试剂修饰竹炭对直接混合黄染料的吸附性能、热力学和动力学特性,所得结果显示:接触时间21h,pH1,染料起始浓度24.62mg/L为最佳处理条件,得到最大去除率88%,最大吸附量1.23mg/g。以Langmuir和Freundlich等温式处理吸附平衡,以及拟一阶动力学模型、拟二阶动力学模型和内部粒子扩散模型处理动力学试验数据均得到很好相关性。热力学数据表明吸附过程是自发、吸热和熵增过程。
In this paper, the adsorption properties, thermodynamics and kinetics of direct mixed yellow dye modified by different reagents were studied from the contact time, temperature, pH value, initial dye concentration and temperature. The results showed that the contact time, pH1, The initial concentration of 24.62mg / L for the best processing conditions, the maximum removal rate of 88%, the maximum adsorption capacity of 1.23mg / g. The Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms deal with the adsorption equilibrium, as well as the pseudo first-order kinetic model, the pseudo second-order kinetic model and the internal particle diffusion model to deal with the kinetic test data are well correlated. Thermodynamic data show that the adsorption process is spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increase process.
