铁道部科技局1983年9月22日于杭州主持召开了座谈会,主要讨论了调车机车轮缘被减速顶磨耗后的安全限度、检测方法和轮缘改形等问题。上海、哈尔滨、广州三个局的有关同志共8人参加了会议,详细汇报和讨论了几年来的研究与试验情况,并对上述三个问题取得了一致意见。铁道部科技局为了扩大试验,使基层单位在工作中有所参考,特发了(83)科技运字192号文件,转发了会议纪要。为了使哈、沪、广三个局之外的其它有关单位和人员有所了解,本刊转载了该文件,以便今后进一步研究时参考。
The Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Railways held a symposium on September 22, 1983 in Hangzhou, mainly discussing the safety limits, testing methods and flange modification after the wheel rim of the shunting locomotive is worn by the decelerating roof. A total of 8 relevant comrades from Shanghai, Harbin and Guangzhou attended the meeting, reporting and discussing in detail the past few years of research and experimentation, and reached consensus on the above three issues. Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Bureau in order to expand the trial, the grass-roots units in the work for reference, special (83) Technology Transcription No. 192, forwarded the minutes of the meeting. In order to make Kazakhstan, Shanghai and Guangzhou Bureau of the relevant departments and personnel other than the understanding of this magazine reproduced the document for future reference for further study.
